Shaba Speech and Hearing Centre was founded in 1995 by Dr. Fatema Jagmaag, an Audiologist & Speech pathologist practicing since 34 years in South Mumbai.

An alumnus and first ranker of BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, Fatema Jagmaag has undergone extensive training in candidacy selection & mapping of cochlear implants in India and across the globe.

She is recognised and acknowledged for giving outstanding results and her path breaking work with children & adults with cochlear implants & speech language impairment.

The centre has its own fully equipped sound proof audio room. This forms the base from which the children's hearing are monitored. Coordinating the repairs and ordering batteries & accessories of hearing aids and cochlear implants are managed by us. We strive to ensure each child is well balanced in the following areas:

  • Cognitive skills
All the above are developed in a fun-filled environment.
